What is your returns policy?

  • We do not offer refunds/exchanges/cancellations on any of our products as they are custom made items. If you are ever unhappy with your order, please reach out to me as soon as possible and I would love to help you out! Never be afraid to contact via social media or via our Contact form here on our website.
  • If your order arrives extensively damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us for a replacement.
  • I want my customers to be 100% happy when they shop at The Coven of Colour, so if you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to reach out!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I ship everywhere, and I am a UK based business. I use Tracked Royal Mail services so it's clear when your order is due to arrive with you.

How long will my order take?

All of our press on nail sets (custom designs and pre-made) are made to order. Meaning when you place an order, I have to create it from scratch, package it up safely, and then ship it out to you.

Currently, I request that you allow at least 1 week (not including weekends) for me to create your order, then Royal Mail should deliver within 48hours (or 24hrs if you are UK based and choose to pay for an upgrade) of the dispatch date. I am currently working faster than expected so I usually get sets posted out within a few days. If you need orders by a certain date, don't hesitate to reach out to see if I can do this for you ahead of ordering. International orders can vary:

  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

Please allow a couple of days past the last delivery date predicted for your order to arrive. If you've waited a few working days past when your order was due, please reach out to me via my website or Instagram and I can look into where your order is!

Do you do custom press on designs?

Yes! Please fill out the Google Form below or reach out to me via my website or Instagram DMs for a custom press on design set. These will vary in price from my pre-made designs. I will ensure you are happy before you place an order, and I will send sketches of your ideas before creating your set.

Are you a nail tech?

Yes! I'm a qualified nail technician but as I'm still finding my feet, I'm currently not taking on clients. This will change very soon, but for now, I'm just selling press on nails.

I've lost a nail, can you replace it?

If you lose any nails for whatever reason I am happy to provide replacement individual nails rather than you needing to place an order for a new, full set. You are responsibile for paying for the replacement nail and the delivery charges. Discount codes/sales do not work on these replacements. Replacements are £2 per nail + delivery fee.

My order is damaged after wearing, can you help?

Our nails are made with super high quality products and should not chip! However, if you experience chipping or wear and tear within the first 48hours of wearing the nails, please message me and I can help you.

Any wear and tear caused by improper care you will be charged for, plus the delivery fees.

I'm not happy with my order, what do I do?

Your happiness and satisfaction is my #1 priority. Please contact me as soon as you have any issues and I will be more than happy to help you.

Can I get a refund/exchange?

We do not accept refunds unless you contact us within 24hrs of placing your order. After this period we begin working on orders as fast as possible, so it's not possible to refund you or exchange your order.

We do not do exchanges under any circumstances as all of our orders are made to fit each individual.

Custom design orders cannot be refunded once we have confirmed the design of the nails.

We do not do refunds or exchanges after orders have been sent out for delivery, nor when they have been recieved by you.

If your order gets lost in transit, please allow a few extra days for shipping. After this time, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you!
