We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to help.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Returns are only applicable for the following apparel items: t-shirts, sweatshirts, crop tops, children's t-shirts, cropped hoodies, zip-up hoodies, pull over hoodies.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or alterations cannot be accepted.
- Store credit may be issued for returns made after the return window or in place of a refund. Store credit does not expire.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items, clearance items or seconds items
- Gift cards
- Hats
- Tote bags
- Wash bags
- Stickers
- ANY nail orders
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item, subject to availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment only.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
For example, If you purchase a T-shirt for £25 and pay £4 for shipping, and later choose to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Upon safe receipt of the item in perfect, unworn condition, a refund of £25 will be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
ORDER ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, defective, with items missing or incorrect, then please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
We will offer you a replacement or a refund once we have proof of the damage/defective item, so please take photos and send these over when you reach out to us.
CANCELLATIONS (UK CUSTOMERS)
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as your items are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
This does NOT apply to custom orders.

You must cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
