How Does Ordering Work?
I recommend reading this and also the FAQs page before placing an order with me.
❗ Please allow as long as possible for me to create an order for you, for both pre-made designs and custom designs. I work full time and I'm away at the weekends so I need as much time as possible to create aa order for you. I may have to order in supplies for you which can take a few weeks depending on stock, if I need to do this I will tell you in advance before you purchase ❗
- Add all the sets you would like to your basket. You can select a specific length and nail shape at this stage.
- When viewing your basket, please look out for the "Order special instructions" section, where you can add in the following information:
⭐ If you'd like a design on a specific nail, if you don't specify this I will choose which is best depending on the size of the nails. Some designs are difficult for smaller nails.
⭐If you have specific measurements for how long you want the nail, you can provide this here
⭐ If you'd like to mix and match designs, please see the listing for "mix and match" sets
⭐ If you'd like a fully custom order, please fill out the Google form and contact me via my website, Instagram or TikTok. The best way to reach me is by email as TikTok and Instagram messages got to my requests inbox - thecovenofcolour@gmail.com
3. I will reach out via Instagram or email to get the sizings of your nails if you have not provided this either by measurements in your order notes, or by my Google Form. If you want to be super accurate, please see my Google Form where you can send over photos of your hands to me next to a coin so I can more accurately size your nails. If you can't do this, please see how to measure your nails on the photo provided below and provide a note in the "Order special instructions" note section at checkout.
4. I may reach out via Instagram or email should I need any extra information about your set. I will make sure you are happy and begin creating your set!
5. When your set is complete I will pack it up securely and ship it out via Royal Mail
Each order is custom made to your individual nails, so for this reason they cannot be returned. I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, nor do I offer store credit. I will work incredibly hard to ensure you are happy before you place an order, and for custom orders I will send you sketches!
Some lengths aren't suitable for all sizes or nail beds. For example, you can't have a short stiletto nail as stiletto nails need a LOT of length. If you have wide nail beds, almond may not fit you either, I will contact you with any concerns should we need to change your shape or length. Wider nail beds are best suited to rounded or square nails.
If you recieve your order and need nails sizing up or down, I'll send out FREE replacements for your first order. I ship a note of the sizes of nails I've used for your sets for easy reference. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are unhappy. If your nails chip within 48 hours of wear then please reach out and I will replace nails for you if necessary! 🙂
If nails break, chips, etc due to poor care, or you lose any nails for whatever reason, I will not replace these free of charge. You will have to pay for the replacement nail + the delivery charge. (EG: £3 for the nail replacement then £3.50 for the postage).
You don't have to order a full set, you are welcome to place an order for replacement nails through my website or DM me.
